Welcome to NomadPulse. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NomadPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NomadPulse is a community-driven platform that helps digital nomads find cafes with available seating, outlets, and good working conditions. Users contribute real-time reports about cafe conditions.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use NomadPulse.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, including cafe reports, messages, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant NomadPulse a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the service.

Zero tolerance: NomadPulse does not tolerate objectionable content, harassment, spam, hate, sexually explicit content, threats, or abusive users. We may filter, refuse, hide, or remove content that appears unsafe or objectionable.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate
• Offensive, harassing, or harmful to others
• Spam or commercial solicitation
• In violation of any applicable laws

Users can report objectionable content or block abusive users from within the app. Blocking removes the blocked user's activity from the blocker's feed immediately and creates a moderation signal for developer review.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false cafe reports to manipulate the system
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service
• Impersonate other users or entities

We review safety reports within 24 hours. We may remove objectionable content, suspend accounts, or eject users who violate these terms.

6. In-App Purchases

NomadPulse offers optional in-app purchases to support the platform. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled through Apple's refund process.

7. Accuracy of Information

Cafe conditions reported by users are community-contributed and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. NomadPulse does not guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted data. Use the information at your own discretion.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Accounts that post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior may be suspended or removed without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

NomadPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate cafe information, service interruptions, or data loss.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NomadPulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
